These terms cover your use of this website. They are not our terms of sale — those are agreed separately, in writing, before any goods move.

This site is information, not an offer

Everything on this website — cuts, specifications, weight ranges, origins, photographs — is provided for information. It is an invitation to enquire, not a binding offer to sell. Nothing here creates a contract.

Specifications can change

Product specifications reflect what we typically supply. Actual goods are supplied against the written specification agreed for your specific order, which takes precedence over anything shown here. Weight ranges, trim standards, origins and brands vary by availability and season.

Photographs

Product photographs are representative of the cut. They are not photographs of the specific goods you will receive, and natural variation in colour, marbling, size and trim is to be expected.

Quotation requests

Submitting the form does not place an order or reserve stock. We will respond with a quotation; any resulting sale is governed by the terms, specification and incoterms agreed at that point.

Your responsibilities as a buyer

You are responsible for satisfying yourself that the products you order may lawfully be imported into, and sold in, your destination market, and that your own storage and handling maintain the cold chain after delivery.

Intellectual property

The content, design, logo and photography on this site belong to Prime Cuts SIA or are used with permission. You may not reproduce them commercially without our written consent.

Liability

We take care to keep this website accurate, but we do not warrant that it is complete or error-free, and we are not liable for decisions made solely on the basis of information published here. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited — including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or under mandatory food safety law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Latvia, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
